I am doing a wedding cakewith the fountain under it. Just wondering how much weight will the tall pillars hold? I have a 14" choco/ choco chip and 10 " Choco fudge and 6" choco fudge. All rather heavy.
I had originally planned on using the 16" seperator plates and 4 pillars but do you think that it will be sturdy enough? I am not doing the setup myself and I am just a bit nervous.... I have the 18" plates which would use 6 pillars but it does change the look a bit...... BUT Safty first if the bride complains....... So what is your opinion(s)

I've seen many cakes with only four pillars over the fountains. The fountain I purchased says to use 14" or larger plates with four pillars. I am doing one in two weeks with 4 tiers over the fountain and I expect it to be fine.

I am going to set it up and then take it apart for the coordinator to set up right before the reception.

I imagine that since all these products are Wilton that the above would work fine.
