I have a freind who wants a cake with Kaluah flavoring. Would you do the kaluha in the chocolate cake? In the frosting? In both?

Also, how much kaluah in the mix and or the frosting? It will be a 8 and 10 inch double layer

Would chocolate kaluah cake with coffee buttercream be too much?

Any good recipes for coffee buttercream?

Help!

Stephanie

I use about 1/4 cup for 2 boxes of cake mix. You might want to use less than this, but it gives you an idea. I usually just put in cake, because the alcohol burns off with the heat from the oven...........just in case someone doesn't need the alcohol. I would stay away from it in the frosting, but that is just me.
