Hello All! I'm about to attempt making decorative cookies. I keep seeing you guys posting the photos with the icing on them smooth. How do I ice a cookie smoothly enough to put an edible image on? Any suggestions would be great! TIA!

Try putting fondant on it instead of RI. I cut out my fondant with the same cookie cutter I used while the cookies are baking. When they come out of the oven just place the fondant on top. When you want to put the image on just spritz lightly with water
