anybody knows how can i do to make glass sugar ? at what temperature sugar turns yellow ? is it neccesary to add tartar acid? why? thanks

Depending on if you have glucose in your sugar or not will depend on when it turns yellow.

The acid prevents the sugar from crystallizing.

you are a great person ,thanks for your help!!!! if i put glucose at what temperature it turns yellow or i must put isomalt to avoid it? to what distance from the table, i must hang on the lamp ? thanks. what other pics do you have put on? where can i buy your books cheaper? please make cds.!!!!! they are more easy to guard than books.
