I will be assembling this cake Sun, not sure if it will be served Mon or Tue. What is the best way to serve the cake (Cake & filling do not need fridge) I don't want it to dry out. TIA
Fondant and/or b/c frosting will keep the cake layers sealed and fresh.
Just cover cake so it doesn't get dusty and you should be good.
