I am trying to make a quote for a topsy turvy cake. I have never made one but can tell that it will be much more difficult.
How much do you charge per serving for a TT cake? I know it varies for the area, but do you chare $1 or $2 or... per serving more?
I need to get this quote to her tonight.
I've never done one, but I think you have to consider that the sizes of the tiers won't get you the same amount of servings as a whole cake because of the carving. And they take a long time to decorate. I live in Mexico so I can't give you an idea, but I'd say $2.- is way low just by reading some other posts.

I was wondering about 1-2 dollars more per serving. I usually charge 3.25 for fondant, so how much for a fondant TT?
I charge $4 per serving for mine.
I didn't read well the first post, $4.25-$4.75 sounds reasonable.
I have also read on here to charge for the number of servings you bake and not the number of servings there are after you carve. This will add extra for the extra time it takes to do the cake.[/center]
