I will be in Baffalo NY next week and they have a BakeMark company there. I can purchase a 50 lb. container of high ratio shortening from them for 58.55. It's called Miricle Cake and Icing shortening. They have another one called Penquin Cake and Icing shortening for 91.50. Anyone heard of these. Why is the one almost double the ohter in price? Anyone used one of these before? I'm excited if I can get some there and not pay shipping. But, then again I guess I'm going to have to lug 50 lbs. around.
