I was looking around Hobby Lobby last night and wandered into the scrapbooking area. I only do digital scrapping so I don't use all of this stuff, but I saw some really neat silicone/rubber stamps and wondered if anyone has used these to imprint a design and then pipe it in? I was looking at a paisley and scroll design in particular. Any thoughts?

I've used them but mostly for competition cakes. Some people have sensitivities or allergies to rubber and latex, so you should take care when using them on items to be eaten.

I used a pawprint stamp this way. Although I imprinted and painted with gel color instead of piping over. It's the three tier puppy cake in my gallery.

Thanks, I was just wondering if they could be used. They would be pretty easy to use, I would think.
