I miss Dallas! Try cakecarnival.com (Ihope that's right!) Cake Carnival is a big cake shop in Garland. They teach many classes, etc. and I'm sure could give you a few names. Hope that helps!

CakeCarousel also makes cakes as well as a cake supply store. I live here, but no where near talented enough yet to make your cake!
