If you look in my photo gallery, I have a stacked books cake with a gumpaste ipod on the side. I have a customer that wants a similar cake but only wants one 8" square book, with the the gum paste iPod on top. I believe this would feed around 20 people... is this right? I think I have a tendency to under charge on my cakes. What would you charge for this?

Your work is amazing!

I usually start at $5 a slice for a cake covered in fondant.

Yes, an 8" serves 20 people. I would also charge $5/serving. My fondant pricing starts at $3/serving but for sculpted cakes I usually go to $5. I would charge about $30 for the gumpaste IPod. So total it would be $130 for the cake and I think that is more than far.
