Need some opinions, I need a lime filling but not with a knock your socks off tart taste, a little more subtle. I was thinking about making up a box of vanilla pudding and folding in a little curd Or folding it into either whipped cream or a little bc. If I add it straight into whipped cream do you think it would hold up well?
Also, what do you think of the combo coconut cake and lime filling?
Coconut cake and lime are G-R-E-A-T together. If you don't sant it to be too tart just mix the lime curd into BC. It works great together.
