I can not find the post in which I read about a video created to show how to make really smooth buttercream icing. Any help? Thanks!

Great video. It helped me improve my frosting a lot. Too tedious for regular old birthday cakes and such, but I definitely use this method when icing a wedding cake.

Great! I have a wedding cake in two weeks, I hope I can get it by then to practice!

You say the videos are too tedious for the regular old cake, but the regular old cake is what I have problems with! I can't ice a cake smoothly to save my LIFE! I don't know if my cakes are too moist (never thought THAT would be a problem) or my icing is not thin enough, but I just can't seem to get the hang of it! If this video would help me it may be worth the $25.

Oh, this dvd is worth every penny. I don't find the method tedious. I am so glad to have found this series. Just watch the dvd one time and your buttercream will be the smoothest its ever been.
