Hi Everyone!
I am going to make the cheeseburger cupcakes in the near future and was wondering what everyone uses for the centers (beef)? Iâll be using WASC (the best ever!) for the buns, but need to know what to do for the âbeef pattiesâ? Does everyone use flattened cake balls? If so, what creamer flavor goes best with the chocolate cake and the WASC?
Thanks for the help! icon_biggrin.gif

When I did the cheeseburgers I used Devils Food cupcakes and cut the tops off of them. Of course, that left me with a lot of stumps but my dad didn't mind!! He ate them all!
good luck with them!

I made a batch of fudgy box mix brownies. After they cooled I broke them up and reformed them into patties with strawberry crumbs in the middle of them to look like real meat when they are bitten!

Make Rice Krispie treats with cocoa krispies and form them into patties.

WASC is white almond sour cream cake. it's in the recipe section.

I have used both dark chocolate cake and brownies. Baked them in CC tins just barely filled them up and baked them slow to keep them from puffing up on the top. For those that did puff up just leveled them off with a knife. I have also baked the mix in a large square pan and used a round cutter to cut them out.

I used a coco-cola cake recipe for my centers.

I just used chocolate frosting with crushed oreos around the edges. Spread the frosing on wax paper (draw a circle the size you need) a little larger then you need, sprinkle oreos around edges and pat down a little, put in the freezer for about 15 miutes then flip onto cake.

I used a sheet of brownies and it looks like the real deal! I just used a can to cut the brownies in the shape that I needed and it worked out perfectly!
