My first wedding cake for a customer has tiny air bubbles galore in it. I scraped and scraped I hot knifed it and tried Melvira.....nothing worked! I need a quick solution I only have a little time to work on it! TIA
Put it in the freezer for a few minutes, then take in out and hot knife it.
Next time cream your icing prior to use.
How did the cake turn out? did you get the air bubbles out?
