Help. Can anyone give me a recipe for dark chocolate fondant? I am a novice, RN by profession but I am making a b-day cake for a 21y.o in october and her colors are brown, hot pink, and gold.

I would order the chocolate Pettinince. It's lovely to work with and very delicious. I used it on the baby shower cake with the Converse shoes in my photos.
When I tried to make chocolate fondant it was very crumbly and hard to work with. But, I'm sure there are others here who can help you!

I love the chocolate Satin Ice and it's really dark.

For chocolate fondant, I only use the NOIRE from Choco-Pan. Oh it tastes so good and its a dream to roll out!!!! I used it in the chocolate covered cake in my pics. Yum, Yum!!
