I am hoping to get some (quick) advice. I have recently started having my cupcakes stick to the liners! I have never had this problem until now, and don't know what causes it and how I can prevent it from happening again. I use scratch recipes (same as always, they haven't changed) , and wilton liners ( because I need white liners). The cupcakes look and taste great, it's just when you go to peel off the liner, some of the cupcake comes off with it! This is making me crazy, so any thoughts, advice would be appreciated. Oh, btw, I've tried a little cooking spray, that just seems to make them greasy. TIA!
increase the amount of butter in your recipe.
