---Congratulations!---
(insert name here) Valedictorian
Graduating Class of 2008

or

---Congratulations (insert name here)---

Valedictorian for (school name?) Class of 2008

Or maybe make it like a school graduation program opened up to the information page and put: Valedictorian - (persons name) with the words congratulations to our graduates, class of 2008 towards the top...

Good luck!
