Hey all, I just joined this site today and I am having a lot of trouble with trying to post pictures of my cakes, it keeps saying I have an error and I can't figure out what it is... any help would be wonderful and thanks in advance!!

I get that when my pic is too big.....try resizing it and see if that helps

Mine does that now too. We got a Mac, and since I'm on the Safari browser, I haven't been able to upload any new photos. What browser are you using?

are your photos under 1.2mb in files size?

under 1500 pixels in both height and width?

in .jpg format?

are you using Safari Web Browser? Safari does not like CC's upload script

. . . if you need to resize your photos . . . try using www.shrinkpictures.com
. . . and if you need to change browsers . . . try using Firefox
