11 x 15 x 4" = 660 cubic inches of cake

my party size is 12 cubic inches (2x2x3 or 4x3x1 in your case) so that would be 55 servings (660/12). You can sub in any serving size you like.

if you ever need a quick chart just go tomy web site and click on party or wedding price lists. I list each size pan and the number os servings based on the size of the cut. That way if you cut big slices or small slices you will know how many servings you can get.
