I'm getting ready to make NFSC's and went to the pantry and discovered I'm out of flour. icon_mad.gif Can I substitue self-rising flour and just omit the salt and baking powder the recipe calls for? If anyone's tried this, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi,
I always use the self-rising flour and omit the salt and baking powder. I have never had a problem doing this. All of the sugar cookies in my photos are made this way. Hope this helps!
