there was a discussion on here a while back about the choc transfer dvd and the review was that it left a little to be desired. I don't know about the fondant dvd.
I know that one of the american cake decorating issues featured a step by step article on how to do the choc transfer technique on fondant. It is exactly what is in her dvd, except in print. I thought it was very informative and helpful enough to keep me from needed another how-to dvd to my collection

Do you remember which issue? I'm really interested in this technique.
