Freeze Egg Yolks?

Does anyone know...Can you freeze egg yolks to use in a recipe later?
I am making a recipe that calls for egg whites tomorrow, and I need several yolks for frosting a German Chocolate in about 2 weeks.

Just keep in an air tight container, and they will be perfect.

All the BIG commercial bakeries buy cases of frozen egg yolks. So yes! you can freeze them.
