I have been asked to make a seahorse shaped cake! Does anyone know of a seahorse shaped cake pan? Any suggestions or ideas will be appreciated.

I don't know of any pan. There are molds out there for small seahorses. If it were me I'd do it the same way I did my fish cake. That is to find a picture on the internet that looks like something you could easily make into a cake, burn a copy of the pix on a disk or email it to kinko's and have the picture blown up to the size of the cake you want to make. Then cut out the picture and lay it on top of your cake (I'd use two layers of sheet cake so you have plenty of carving depth) and use it as a template. Round down the edges, cover with fondant and paint.
