I get leads from Decidio.com. I don't seem to have much follow through, though, and it may be how I contact them.

Most of the brides say to contact them by email only. I send an email, but I think I might need to change the wording.

If any of you have a good form letter you send to brides and would be willing to share your wording, I'd be grateful. Right now I just introduce myself, direct them to my website, and give them my contact info. Then I say I hope to hear from them, thank them for their time. But so far this year I've only had one response.

I think what you say is good. You don't want to overwhelm them with too much info right off the bat, and you directed them to your website where they can get all of the info they need.

I believe in information overload. I have a letter pre-formatted in Word that I cut-n-paste into an email, PLUS i have about 12 attachments that I send to them. I cal throw an email back to my Decidio, Respond, and Knot brides in under 5 minutes. By the time they call me, they can figure their cake/buffet pricing down to the penny.

Mine is VERY long .... and bridal feedback is that they LUV all of the info I send them and that is on my website. I not only send them food and cake info, but helpful tips on outdoor weddings, bartender info, rental company info, and how to obtain a marriage license in our county.

Due warning has been given ... this is LONG ... but here it is. I've pretty much been using this same letter for 3-4 years with GREAT results!
