I love this thread! I also use an ice cream scoop for my cupcakes. I have a Bakers Rack that I have all of my stuff on and then a 5-drawer cart for things like my color gels, bags, couplers, sprinkles, cookie cutters and other misc. stuff. I like the tool caddy idea for storing tips. I have 3 of the Wilton tip cases that I them in now, but I like the other better.
