has anyone know what to do to make my choco cake recipe white? i love the texture of my choco recipe and i tried different butter cake / white cake recipes and im not satisfied... what would i do to make my choco cake white?do i just need to omit the cocoa powder? help! im desperate...
I'm sorry, I'm not going to be of much help, but could you maybe compare some of the white or butter recipes with your chocolate cake recipe and see if they are somewhat similar in ingredients except for the cocoa?
If they are similar you could try it with just omitting the cocoa. I think I remember reading somewhere that when you add cocoa powder to a cake batter you need to increase the liquid -- so maybe when you subtract the cocoa you need to decrease the liquid?
Sorry, I'm just guessing. I suppose you will have to do a taste experiment to find out for sure.
