Hi everyone... I have a customer who is requesting a couple trays of lemon bars and chocolate covered strawberries for a dessert table? Can anyone help me with a basic starting price on how to charge for something like this? Thank you.
What I have always done is figured out my cost & multiplied by 3.
If it cost you $27.00 for supplies to make everything. You would multiply 27.00 by 3=$81.00
This is what I was told by my Wilton instructor when we took classes. So I have always done so.
