I have someone who wants me to do 50 decorated cookies (instead of a grooms cake) and an assortment of other things for her wedding (brownies, etc) how much of each additional thing should I make/ suggest? She is having a cake (of course), punch, champagne, and finger foods. There will be 100 guests. Any suggestions and ideas are greatly welcomed and appreciated. TIA

Ask her, ".... in addition to the 50 cookies, how many brownies do you want? How many choc dipped strawberries? How many cheesecake petit-fours?"

I price by the piece on these types of items so she would need to tell me how many pieces she wants.

with a full size wedding cake, I would suggest to her that a TOTAL of 2 items per guest should work (that would be 200 pcs total).
