and why? im kinda weird, i like eating spoonfuls of buttercream out of the bowl but when it's on the cake i scrape it off of my piece. I have to admit I've never tried any meringue buttercream. do you have any weird icing habits?

hmmm...it seems like we all love buttercream!

Maybe more people like buttercream because that is what most of us grew up on, and that is what we think cake is supposed to taste like.
