I made one recently and loved it. All I have to add is, if you don't already have it, invest in a icing tip. I found that, plus nice medium stiff icing, and it iced like a charm, no sagging between cupcakes. I almost think it was easier than a cake b/c I didn't have to worry about icing the sides and making pretty corners
