I love the taste but it seems gritty. Is there a way to make it more smooth?

Thanks for any help!

There are a couple of "dream whip" recipes out there. Mine is smooth as silk. what recipe are you using and how do you beat it?

Indydebi's recipe is AMAZING ( and she is not paying me to say this!!) My hubby used this recipe to frost my cake for mother's day and it was wonderful! Not gritty at all! I think i sent a pm to you debi to thank you, but if i didn't-- THANK YOU! wonderful recipe! He used vanilla-- i want to try it with the cream bouquet!! TFS your yummy recipe!

I had problems with gritty dream whip buttercream also. I just mix the milk with the dream whip before I add it to the rest of the ingredients and it is no longer a problem for me. I hope this helps.
