I am new to this site and I have a couple of questions? Please bear wtih me. 1) What is powdered icing sugar for the Royal Icing recipe? is it confectioners sugar?
2) How do I keep from get my sugar cookies harder quicker (no, this is not a personal problem) Ha-Ha. No seriously, i am pondering the idea of making cookies to put in a friend's store and i just want to get some suggestions, helpful hints, and/or ideas from the PROS. Thanx in advance
The recipe I use for royal icing uses confectioners sugar.About the cookies not sure.I mostly do cakes.Haven't done much with cookies.Need to give it a try.
