Help, I am making a cake for a friend's grandaughter. She has now decided that she wants hexagon instead of round w/ 2 weeks to go. I am never quite happy w/ the way that my buttercream hexagon cakes look when iced. I want all of the corners to look crisp. Any help??????? icon_confused.gif

First apply lots of butter cream and when u get to the corners push it out beyond the corner before tucking it back in. Use a bench scraper or palate knife to smooth it out.
