I am making a cake for my X-SIL birthday (and it is going to a medicail office where I hope I might get some added orders someday)...I am wanting to make the cake that looks like a Monoploy or like candy land game board as such... she loves New york and I thought I would use a lot of postcards for the pieces of the board,(copied onto EI) and make her little car as the piece that you move... Now what would be a really good flavor combo to really get that NY feeling? any ideas?

The first thing that came to my mind was cheesecake. Maybe a cheesecake filling? Or apple-you could do either the cake or the filling in apple.

Your idea sounds really nice. I hope you get some good flavor ideas! icon_smile.gif
