I am making a grooms cake and they requested chocolate mousse filling. The cake is huge and won't fit into an refridgerator. I need a recipe for a good chocolate filling that I won't have to refridgerate. Any alternitives would be appreciated.

chocolate ganache whipped would work, or if you wanted it really light you could mix it with pastry pride, hth.

I do a pastry pride mousse - pastry pride and chocolate pudding mix. I use the method from ShirleyW's Bavarian cream pudding - just sub choc pudding. Very tasty and light!

Use the sleeved Chocolate Bavarian Cream pastry filling, no refrigeration required!
