I need some suggestions from all of you, what would be a good filling for a passion fruit chiffon cake? I was thinking passion fruit mousse, would that be too much passion fruit? I could really use some taste suggestions out there, thanks you guys for being out there, this website is the greatest! icon_redface.gif

If you are looking to keep the main focus on the cake, then do a subtle filling, like bavairian cream or custard. if you want to really honor the taste buds, you could do a blackberry cream cheese filling or an orange based filling, to go for the tropical flavor. Even a great chocolate ganache, would be wonderful in this.

Have fun with it!
