Hey everyone, Here is the situation I have a customer who has requested due to dietary restrictions that I only make her cake with cream cheese frosting, that's fine but here is my question can I frost and crumb coat this cake with cream cheese frosting?? Will it act the same way as buttercream.

yes...just thin it down a bit when you crumb coat so it will be easy to smooth.
