I use a cut up old towel and clothes pins soaked in water. Keep a good eye on it though!

You can pin the towels around your pan...just dont use pins with plastic heads!! Also, I've heard of people using paper clips and clamps...all metal ones.....

My pans are all 2 inches high, so I cut 4-inch tall strips and double them over. I wrap around my pan and overlap just a little so that I can use a large paper clip to attach to each other. I cut off the excess.

I soak mine in cold water and then put them in the freezer while I am mixing up my cake. That makes it easier to wrap and clip together, without getting water everwhere.
