Help Quick!! Fondant Not Drying, I Need It Dry!

I am making a cowboy hat that I have to travel with 3 hours tomorrow and the brim is not drying... I made it Tuesday night, added gum text. I don't know what to do!! Is there any way to dry it faster??

I've heard a fan blowing directly on it helps.

Also, heard sitting it in the oven (turned off) with the light on inside. The minimal heat from the light speeds things up. HTH

I second what Parable says.... where are you ? is it humid? That usually makes my fondant take FOREVER!

I am trying the fan... Thanks! Yes it is humid here, it has been raining since Monday night. Figures.... what hot and dry last week! Thanks for the advice ladies... I am crossing my fingers!
