Hi to you all!!

Since I moved to the USA, I only know of Wilton Icing Colors in Michaels & AC Moore.
I find it hard trying to color icing / fondant for dark colors.
I end up using a lot of the coloring.
Is there anything better I can buy?
What do your use?
I miss it in the UK cake stores, for once that is where they have more to choose from than the USA.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Americolor gel colors are great! The super red and super black are amazing - you get a true red and a true black starting from white icing.

I would say that 90% of the colors in my gallery are from using Americolor gel colors, particularly all the red and all the black, if you want to see how they turn out.

americolor is very good.
...but remember...after coloring the icing, let it sit for a while. it will get darker. icon_wink.gif

you can order from many places online - just do a web search for Americolor.

Do you have any cake decorating supply stores near you? They often carry it as well.
