That's what I see ... I'd use a touch of copper for the flesh colored ribbon and after achieving that, I'd take some of that color and add a touch of brown to it till I got something similar to the pic. That way the brown would have the same undertones as the flesh color.

. . . are you using the flowers the same as shown in the picture . . . to me the green ribbon matches the buds of the flowers and the peachy pinky brown matches the lighter color on the flower itself . . . atleast that's what my monitor shows . . . and I think that's what I would be trying to match (the flowers that you are using) . . . just my .02 . . .
