You know you need a break when you bake the wrong flavors in the wrong shapes!! I now have two 10' sq white cakes baked that I have nothing to do with.

I was thinking about making some kind of really neat syrup or filling to try something new with. Anyone have any ideas?? My white cake has a lemon an almond flavoring in it. Maybe I could turn it into a Cherry cake?? icon_rolleyes.gif

I'll let you guys know what I end up doing, maybe it will be yummy!!

I have a 10" 2-layer round strawberry cake in my freezer. No idea why I baked it. The weekend of 5/10, I had 3 weddings, so I made a big spreadsheet with cake sizes, flavors, shapes so I'd have the schedule of cakes I needed to make in one place. Well, on that sheet I had a 10" round strawberry.

I have no order for a 10" round strawberry! icon_eek.gif

I've no idea where it came from or why I wrote it down!

But if I ever get an order for one, I'm a step ahead! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif
