I posted this on other board as well. I am just curious what others use.

What size do you consider a 'full sheet'?

What pan(s) do you use to make a full sheet?

thanks!

When I am asked to make a full sheet cake, I ask, "How many servings do you need?" If I put two 12x18 cakes side by side, it will provide approx 90 servings. If I put two 11x15 cakes side by side, it will provide approx 70 servings.

I know diffrent people have diffrent answers.... But I use my 12x18 size for a half and 2 side by side for a full. Hope that helps.
