Hey, I love the kountry kitchen fillings and I have a wedding cake coming up this weekend and I want to know if they need to be refriged or not? I really don't want to make the bride and groom sick. I think I would die! So I just was wondering, I read the ingredients and it seems like there is nothing in it that should go bad. It will be in an ac reception hall all day. Well any suggestions or advice is greatly appriated! Thanks!

I've left a lemon, and raspberry in an air-conditioned room all day and they were both fine.
