Years ago I bought Texas-sized muffin pans at Williams-Sonoma. They also sold the paper liners. Don't know if that helps.

Actually you can even get the muffin pans now at places like Walmart or the grocery store. I got mine at Giant.
Also, maybe try online. I live out in the sticks so I do a lot of my shopping online. Mainly at Global Sugar Art.
You can also try either a specialty kitchen store or a chef store online.

I should have been a little more clear. I am looking for very small sprinkles or small decorations to place on the cupcake icing.

I've seen coffee mugs on lucks.com. Look under decopacs. You have to have a business to order from them but you can look w/o getting an account. If you need a price let me know and I can look it up for you.
