I received my frist order for a grooms cake, they want it to feed 150, but also requested a sheet cake which based on my research a full sheet feeds up tp 100 depending on the size of cake cut, any recommendations?
How about a full sheet with a half sheet on top (with a cake board inbetween)? Full sheet 96 - 100, half sheet 48-50 servings.
