thanks! do you know if by two layers they are saying i need to bake two of the cakes and then layer them, or does one sheet cut in half with icing inbetween count as two layer? sorry i know this sounds so elementary but i've never done sheet cakes before! icon_redface.gif

a single layer for a 9x13 is about 20...so i would say it's two layers...as if you would bake two 9x13's. icon_wink.gif
