Help With Edible Metallic Glitter And Cream
Decorating By Malakin Updated 20 May 2008 , 11:05pm by Malakin
First, does anyone know of a good website where I can order the Edible Metallic Glitter used in Peggy Porchen's book "Pretty Party Cakes"??? The one that is edible but more like craft glitter in size, not the flakes. I ordered what I thought was glitter but it ended up being the flakes.
Also, stupid question here, but as far as cream goes.....what do I look for in the store, is it in the fridge section or shelf, and definitely most important, what is the difference between:
Heavy Cream
Whipping Cream
Cream
Light Cream
and any other info you can give on the subject???? I want to try some recipes that call for all of the above but am at loss on what to buy. Thanks
Here are a couple of suppliers for edible glitter, both in UK but ship abroad, really gorgeous colours !

HTH!
Have you looked into disco dust for the glitter? That is the shiniest stuff ever - I love it. The silver and gold look just like the "real" glitter you use for crafts.
