Great article. The only problem I have with articles like that is they say 'work from home'. As most of us know that are in the cake world most of us can't just work from home. Anyone NOT knowing the laws and home baking will read that and think I'll take a class and work from home. If people want to publish articles like that I think they should do more 'research' about the business they are talking about.
But I am glad to see it was at the TOP of the list.
