I got a request for a beer bottle cake covered in fondant...... but they want whipped cream frosting.
I have read a few posts that say fondant will not hold up well with whipped cream frosting but if I just use the whipped cream frosting as a filling should this be fine? I would refrigerate the fondant covered cake if I had to use the whipped cream frosting.
